Sometimes you just have to lie when life is too hard on you..because lieing is sometimes the only available option when you don't have the right answer to give your mum or partner or whatever.
So here are somethings you can do to prevent getting caught everytime you lie..
When you lie don't panic,try and be in your normal state.First relax a bit before you answer,but don't take too long because the person you are lieing to will think you are thinking and making up a story.Don't let that happen.
Don't try to avoid the person you will be lieing to,just be cool and normal and face that person because then that person would feel like he or she has nothing to ask because you look and seem perfectly normal.
Try to look at that person when you are lieing, this is because a lot of people think that if you look away while talking,then your are lieing as it is true in some cases.
When you lie try to mean it, make the person feel your words as you speak.How do you do that?try to look undestanding and first make up a little story..For example if it is your girlfriend you are lieing to,and you have to lie to her about not seeing another girl,first tell her that you love her so much.Remind her of a good memory and tell her that she means so much to you.Finally tell her that,"how can I possibly feel what I am feeling for you for another girl,cause you are the only one for me"
I am telling you people,she will fall for that if you know how to do the words right.
When you lie find a good reason or two to prove that you are not lieing.
When you lie don't make up stories that are too complicated,that would ruin your lie.Also, it would be helpful if you have a friend(witness) by your side who would say your saying the truth.This will make it easier to fool a person and persuade him or her that your are telling the truth which is actually a lie in reality.
